Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use printmomentum.com or app.printmomentum.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use PrintMomentum.

What PrintMomentum is

PrintMomentum is a research tool for Etsy t-shirt sellers. It shows which designs are rising fastest in Etsy search, with estimated sales, trademark warnings and niche ideas. If you connect your own Etsy shop, it also checks your listings for trademark risks and shows your sales. We do not sell products and we are not a marketplace.

Your account

• You need an account to use the app. Give a real email address and keep your password safe.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in with others.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us quickly if you think someone else is using it.

Price and payment

• PrintMomentum Pro costs $29 per month or $199 per year, tax included.
• Founding Member: our first 50 paying members can subscribe for $19 per month or $149 per year, tax included. This price stays the same for at least 12 months from the day you subscribe.
• You pay in advance for each month or year. The subscription renews until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
• If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before. The new price applies from your next renewal after that, and you can cancel before it does.

Free trial

• Every new account gets 14 days of PrintMomentum Pro for free. No card is needed and nothing is charged.
• When the 14 days end, your account moves to the free plan automatically. You are never charged unless you choose a paid plan yourself.
• The free plan includes a limited view: the number and level of trademark risks in your connected shop, and the top 5 designs of each niche. We may change what the free plan includes.
• One free Pro period per person.

Cancelling

• You can cancel any time from your profile in the app.
• When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Until that date you can change your mind and keep your subscription, from the same place.
• There are no partial refunds for the rest of a period you already paid for, unless the law where you live says we must.

Pausing

• Need a break? On a monthly plan you can pause for 1 or 2 months instead of cancelling, from your profile.
• You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. During the pause you are not charged and the app is closed for you; your saved products and store connection stay.
• When the pause ends, payments and access start again automatically. If you come back early, a new month is charged that day.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will try again for a few days and we will email you. If it still fails, your access is paused until you update your card.

Estimates and warnings

Rising speed, estimated sales and other numbers are our own estimates from public data. They can be incomplete, late or wrong. Trademark warnings are a helper, not legal advice: a design without a warning can still infringe someone's rights. Check before you publish, and do not copy other sellers' designs.

Fair use

• Do not scrape, overload or try to break the service.
• Do not resell or republish our data, or present it as official Etsy data.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.

No connection to Etsy

PrintMomentum is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. What you do on Etsy is covered by Etsy's own terms.

Liability

We work hard to keep PrintMomentum accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We are not responsible for business decisions you make based on it. Where the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Closing your account

To close your account, write to [email protected] from your account's email address. The privacy policy explains what we delete and what we must keep.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account holders before the change applies.
