Privacy Policy

PrintMomentum ("we", "us") is a research tool for people who sell t-shirts on Etsy. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect on printmomentum.com and app.printmomentum.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Your account. Your email address, your name and sign-in details. Accounts are run on Amazon Cognito, a sign-in service from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your password is handled by Cognito; we never see it. If you turn on two-step sign-in, Cognito stores that setting too.
• Your subscription. When you start a trial or subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive and keep your Stripe customer ID, your plan, the subscription status (for example trial, active or cancelled) and the trial and renewal dates. We never receive or store your full card number. You can cancel any time from your profile in the app. Cancelling ends your access immediately and there is no refund for the remaining days; cancelling during the free trial costs nothing.
• What you save in the app. Designs you save, and your settings such as language and theme.
• Your Etsy shop, if you connect it. If you connect your own Etsy shop, we keep the read-only access Etsy gives us, your listings' details and photos, and your orders per listing. See "Connecting your Etsy shop" below for the details.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply.
• Technical logs. Standard server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) to keep the service secure and working. Our network provider Cloudflare sees the same technical data when it delivers the site to you.
• Public Etsy listing data. Title, image, price, shop name and public counts of listings that appear in Etsy search. This is about products, not about you.

What we do not collect

• Your card number or bank details (these stay with Stripe).
• Your Etsy password (you sign in on Etsy's own page, not ours).
• Your buyers' names, addresses, emails or messages.
• Advertising or tracking cookies. This site only stores your language and theme choice in your browser.

Connecting your Etsy shop

Connecting your shop is optional. You start it in the app and approve it on Etsy's own page, through Etsy's official sign-in. You can see exactly what you are allowing before you approve.

What we ask Etsy for (read-only):

• See your listings: titles, tags and whether they are active.
• See your shop details, such as the shop name.
• See your profile, so we know which shop belongs to your account.
• See your orders, so we can count units and add up sales per listing.

The access is read-only. We cannot create, edit, delete or publish listings, change prices or message your buyers.

What we store:

• Your shop name and the read-only access Etsy gives us, kept securely on our servers.
• Your listings' titles, tags, descriptions, prices, quantities, SKUs, photos and status, so we can run the daily trademark scan and show your listings.
• Per order: the Etsy order number, date, paid status, currency, units and totals per listing, and the buyer's country (no name or address), for your sales overview.

We do not store your buyers' names, addresses, emails or messages. Your shop's numbers are shown only in your own account. We do not share or sell them, and they never appear in what other users see.

How to disconnect: in the app, open your shop page and choose Disconnect. We then stop reading your shop and delete the access Etsy gave us. To also delete the listing and sales data we saved, write to [email protected]; it is also deleted when you close your account.

How we use it

To run your account and subscription, show you the data you pay for, answer your questions, send you emails about your account or billing (for example when your trial is ending or a payment fails), and keep the service safe. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Amazon Web Services — hosting, databases, backups and sign-in (Amazon Cognito).
• Cloudflare — delivers and protects our websites. All visits pass through Cloudflare's network, which processes your IP address and request details.
• Google Fonts — our pages load the Inter Tight font from Google's servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
• Stripe — payments, receipts and invoices. Stripe handles your card under its own privacy policy.
• Authorities — only when the law requires it.

These providers may process data outside your country. They are bound by contracts to protect it.

How long we keep it

Account data: while your account is open, and deleted after you ask us to close it. Billing records: as long as tax law requires. Server logs: a short time, for security. Backups: up to 31 days. Public listing data: as long as needed to run the service and as allowed by Etsy's rules.

Closing your account: write to [email protected] from the email address of your account. We cancel any subscription, remove the Etsy connection and delete your saved designs, shop listings, sales data and sign-in account, usually within 30 days. Billing records we must keep for tax law stay with Stripe and in our accounts, and copies in backups disappear within 31 days.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your data, depending on the law where you live (for example GDPR in the EU or KVKK in Türkiye). Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell account holders by email before it applies.
